The Shop on Edgewater Drive
In July 2023, a narrow storefront at 2122 Edgewater Drive became Turci Panino — a natural next chapter for two Brazilians of Italian heritage already running Turci Pasta next door.
The Ingredient Is the Argument
Prosciutto sliced to order. Homemade Spreads. Focaccia, Every sandwich is built in plain view — no shortcuts.
The Counter
Prosciutto sliced to order, right in front of you — draped over focaccia until the Roma feels less like a sandwich and more like a commitment.
The Space
Banquettes on one side, the counter on the other, a neon sign overhead: "il paradiso dei panini." Small enough to feel like a secret, too good to stay one.
Noticed, Then Sought Out
Scott Joseph reviewed it. Orlando Weekly listed it among the city's most exciting new openings. Guests drive over an hour and come back.
